TILMELDING TIL STADEPLADS PÅ MARIBO TORV

Som noget nyt har vi i Är besluttet at Äbne Torvet i Maribo op for salg af spÊndende lokale rÄvarer, som f.eks. bryghuse eller lokale rÄvarer og delikatesser.

  • Ved tilmelding binder du dig for en stadeplads pĂ„ Torvet fra  d. 9. – 11. okt. 2025 i tidsrummet 11.00-16.00
  • Stadepladsen koster kr. 950,- som opkrĂŠves efter tilmelding.
  • Stadeholder medbringer evt. salgsborde og pavilioner og hvad der er brug for i salgsĂžjemed.
  • OpsĂŠtning fra torsdag kl. 8 samt nedtagning lĂžrdag efter kl. 16.00
  • Stadeholder afleverer pladsen renholdt og affald fjernet.
  • Stand i facademĂ„l ca. 5×5 meter
  • Der vil blive opsat borde og bĂŠnke til publikum i forbindelse med arrangementet pĂ„ Torvet.
  • Stadeholder er ansvarlig for at have de nĂždvendige tilladelser fra myndighederne til deres aktivitet hos fĂždevarestyrelsen samt politi

Individual participant as an inspirer: free

Associations: full week DKK 500

Exhibitors/associations: Monday – Wednesday DKK 500

Exhibitors/associations: Thursday – Saturday (Sunday) DKK 900

Full week DKK 1100 – 6 days (possibly 7 days)

EARLY REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED.

Exhibitors will be notified when a suitable location has been found.

Payment can then be made according to the confirmation sent.

Exhibitors with locations outside retail stores may in some cases have different opening hours. Retail stores are open 10:00–17:00 Monday–Friday and 10:00–13:00 on Saturdays.

Activities may take place from October 5 to October 10, 2026.

Sale of materials necessary for workshops and courses is in line with our concept. All other sales must be approved.

Any participant fees for workshops/courses are managed by the exhibitors themselves.

The theme of this year’s quilt exhibition at Folkemþdet Maribo Craft Days 2026 in Maribo Cathedral “Log Cabin & Double Wedding Ring”
This year’s exhibition runs from October 5 to October 18. Would you like to take part in a unique exhibition in Maribo Cathedral? Then now is the time to sign up. Read more information below the form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If you are sending your quilt, please use GLS. It must be received by FolkemĂždet Maribo Craft Days no later than September 23.
  • Drop-off on Fyn: September 24, 2026 – time and location to be announced (likely around Ringe).
  • Drop-off in Jylland: September 24, 2026 – time and location to be announced (likely around Vejle).
The quilts will be displayed on the galleries, where the public does not have access. All doors will be locked and only opened during installation and removal of the exhibition. The exhibition will be viewed by the public from below. Coverage through your own home insurance depends on your individual policy. If you are a member of Dansk Patchwork Forening, the association’s insurance covers your quilt if they have been informed that you are exhibiting.
If you are not a member, it may be worth considering joining Dansk Patchwork Forening. As a member, your quilts are covered by the association’s insurance during exhibitions. It is an affordable insurance solution where your quilts can be valued highly, while you also gain the other benefits of membership.
